What is 21 Days ?
21 Days is a three-week period of corporate prayer, fasting, and waiting; it's a time for us to come together in unity and watch God move in both our church and our personal lives.
What is prayer?
Prayer is a primary discipline for the Christian. It doesn't require a special building, special clothing, or even a special formula; it's simply about connecting with the Father. We can dedicate special time to prayer, but we also can pray throughout our day, talking to the Lord as we would a close friend.
What is fasting?
The traditional definition of the word "fast" is to abstain from all or some kinds of food or drink, especially as a religious observance.
However, we believe that fasting can include much more than just food and drink, especially for those who aren't able to fast from food for medical reasons. During this time, ask God what He would have you fast from, step out in obedience, and watch God move!
What is waiting?
Waiting on the Lord is a crucial part of our faith. Isaiah 40:31 (ESV) says "but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Waiting can be uncomfortable, especially in a culture that wants everything now, but the Lord rewards our patience with His presence.
